Visitors under thirteen

These pages are not written for children under thirteen. If we learn that a child under thirteen sent a wicket slip, we delete that slip.

What a wicket slip may hold

A wicket form or a later letter may include a name, a reply address, a subject line, and the message body. Send only what is needed to name a mill range. Do not send passport scans, payment cards, or other sensitive files.

Host logs

The host may keep ordinary technical logs such as an IP address, a browser string, and a time of access so the pages stay available and the mill stay secure.

How long a slip stays

Inquiry files stay only while we handle them. We then delete or anonymise the file, except when a statute says we must keep it longer.

Who else may see a slip

Personal details are not sold as advertising inventory. We pass a slip along only for hosting, a legal demand, or to protect rights. This notice does not describe advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, pixels, or other trackers that are not in use. There is no consumer-app collection chapter until a named app exists.
